This super easy mug cake is made with crushed Oreos and milk, creating a fudgy, chocolatey cake in just 2 minutes—no oven required!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Oreo cookies
  • 3 tablespoons milk (any kind)
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder (optional, for extra fluffiness)
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (optional, for a firmer texture)

Optional Add-Ins:

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos:

    • Place the Oreo cookies in a microwave-safe mug.
    • Use a fork to crush them into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the Batter:

    • Add milk and stir until the Oreos break down into a smooth batter.
    • For a fluffier cake, mix in baking powder and flour.
  3. Microwave:

    • Microwave on high for 1 to 1½ minutes until the cake rises and sets.
    • (Cooking time may vary by microwave—start with 1 minute and add more time if needed.)
  4. Serve & Enjoy:

    • Let cool for 1-2 minutes before eating.
    • Top with chocolate chips, whipped cream, or ice cream for extra indulgence!

Notes

  • Make It Extra Fudgy: Add a teaspoon of Nutella or peanut butter in the center before microwaving.
  • Dairy-Free Option: Use almond, oat, or coconut milk.
  • No Baking Powder? The mug cake still works without it, just slightly denser.
