Ingredients
Scale
1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
12 oz chocolate chips or candy melts (white, milk, or dark chocolate)
Lollipop sticks
Sprinkles or colored candy melts for decorating
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Gently twist apart each Oreo cookie to separate the halves, keeping the cream on one side.
Dip the end of a lollipop stick into melted chocolate and press it into the cream center of the Oreo. Place the other cookie half back on top and press gently to secure.
Let the Oreos sit for a few minutes so the chocolate holding the stick can set.
Meanwhile, melt your chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Dip each Oreo pop into the melted chocolate, gently tapping off the excess.
Immediately add sprinkles or drizzle with another color of melted candy melts for decoration.
Place the pops onto the prepared baking sheet and let them set at room temperature or in the fridge for about 15–20 minutes.
Notes
Use double-stuffed Oreos for easier insertion of the stick.
Let the stick set firmly in the cookie before dipping to avoid breakage.
Customize for holidays by changing sprinkle colors or using themed candy melts.
