  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush the chicken with olive oil on both sides.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  6. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
