A quick and healthy recipe for perfectly oven-baked salmon that’s tender, flavorful, and ready in under 30 minutes.

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and dill.
  4. Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Optional: Broil for 1-2 minutes at the end for a slightly crisp top.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your favorite side dishes.
