Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, Nutella, or other spreads
  • Optional: cooked bacon, sausage links, hard-boiled eggs, sliced cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare or warm up mini pancakes and keep them warm.
  2. Place syrup, yogurt, and spreads in small bowls for dipping and set them on a large platter or board.
  3. Arrange pancakes evenly on the board.
