Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (225g) feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (plus more for garnish)

  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: 1–2 tablespoons roasted red pepper, finely chopped

  • Optional: Fresh herbs (like parsley or dill), for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, garlic, and lemon juice.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.

  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper, adjusting paprika or lemon to your preference.

  4. If using, stir in chopped roasted red pepper for added sweetness and texture.

  5. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of smoked paprika, and fresh herbs if desired.

  6. Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a richer dip.

  • Can be made ahead — store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

  • Try it as a sandwich spread or on top of roasted veggies.
