Crispy and flavorful parmesan roasted broccoli tossed with olive oil, garlic, and cheese. A simple yet delicious side dish that’s perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional: lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
