  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, corn syrup, brown sugar, and cocoa powder. Whisk until smooth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
