A hearty and creamy peanut butter oatmeal that’s quick to make and perfect for a nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk (or any milk alternative)
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: sliced bananas, chopped nuts, chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring milk to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the oats and reduce heat to low. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and creamy.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Spoon oatmeal into bowls and top with your favorite toppings such as sliced bananas, nuts, or seeds.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
