These No-Bake Pecan Pie Balls are bite-sized treats that capture the rich, buttery flavors of pecan pie without the hassle of baking. Made with crushed pecans, graham crackers, and a hint of maple, they’re perfect for holiday parties or as a quick dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or corn syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
    • Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix until the ingredients come together and form a sticky dough.
  2. Shape the Balls:
    • Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your hands to form a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  3. Coat in Powdered Sugar:
    • Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Chill:
    • Refrigerate the pecan pie balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
  5. Serve and Store:
    • Serve chilled or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, toast the pecans lightly in a skillet before chopping.
  • Add a splash of bourbon for a boozy twist!
  • Substitute maple syrup with honey if you prefer a different sweetness profile.
