Pepperoni Pizza Sliders are bite-sized sandwiches made with soft dinner rolls, melty mozzarella, zesty marinara, and crispy pepperoni—perfect as a party appetizer or fun family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally without separating the individual rolls. Place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the bottom halves.
  4. Layer with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush over the tops of the buns.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use provolone or a blend of Italian cheeses for variation.
  • Add cooked sausage, mushrooms, or olives to customize.
  • Great for meal prep—reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
