This Pickle Wrap Dip is a creamy, tangy, and savory appetizer inspired by classic pickle roll-ups. Made with cream cheese, deli ham, and dill pickles, it’s perfect for parties, game days, or any time you’re craving a unique and flavorful dip.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240 ml) sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups (225 g) diced dill pickles
  • 1 cup (150 g) diced deli ham
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the base

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth and creamy.

2. Add the mix-ins

  1. Fold in the diced dill pickles, diced ham, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Taste and season with salt and black pepper as needed.

3. Chill

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

4. Serve

  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped fresh dill or diced pickles, if desired.
  • Serve with crackers, pretzels, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
