Pineapple Delight is a light, creamy dessert with layers of buttery graham crust, smooth cream cheese filling, and sweet pineapple topping—perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form a crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  6. Top with drained crushed pineapple and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow layers to set.

Notes

  • Make sure the pineapple is well-drained to prevent a soggy topping.
  • You can add chopped pecans or shredded coconut on top for extra texture.
  • Can be made a day ahead for convenience.
