Pistachio Fudge is a creamy, rich, and nutty treat made with white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk, packed with crunchy pistachios for an irresistible bite.

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, salt, and chopped pistachios.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.
