1 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped

Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, salt, and chopped pistachios.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
