A fun and flavorful pizza-inspired pasta salad loaded with your favorite toppings, perfect for picnics, parties, or a quick lunch.

  • 12 oz (340 g) rotini or penne pasta
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pepperoni, mozzarella, black olives, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and green bell pepper.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
