Ingredients
Scale
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups crushed potato chips (any flavor)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray or melted butter for brushing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with crushed potato chips, pressing lightly to adhere.
Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and coating is golden and crispy.
Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Use flavored chips like BBQ or sour cream & onion for extra taste.
Crush chips finely for a more even coating or leave them chunkier for extra crunch.
Chicken tenders can be used instead of breasts for quicker cooking.
Serve with ranch dressing, honey mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
