These Puff Pastry Nutella Twists are flaky, buttery, and filled with creamy Nutella. With just 3 ingredients, they’re an easy and delicious treat for breakfast, dessert, or snacking!

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • ¼ cup Nutella (or more, as desired)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the pastry – Roll out the puff pastry slightly on a floured surface.
  3. Spread the Nutella – Evenly spread Nutella over half of the pastry sheet, then fold the other half over to cover it.
  4. Cut & twist – Slice into ½-inch strips. Take each strip, twist it several times, and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush with egg wash – Lightly brush each twist with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Cool & serve – Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

  • Extra Flavor: Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before baking for extra sweetness.
  • Chocolate Boost: Add mini chocolate chips inside for a richer filling.
