A creamy and savory dip made with whipped feta and pumpkin puree, seasoned with warm spices and perfect for fall entertaining or holiday appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley or pepitas, for garnish (optional)
  • Pita chips or fresh veggies, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and honey.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend again to incorporate the spices.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with parsley or pepitas, if desired.
  5. Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • Use block feta for better texture and flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness and spices to taste for a more savory or sweet dip.
  • Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
