Quick and Easy Pizza Bagels are a fun, kid-friendly snack or meal that combines chewy bagels with classic pizza toppings, ready in just minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 plain bagels, sliced in half
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Olive oil for brushing (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place bagel halves cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. If desired, lightly brush the bagels with olive oil for extra crispiness.
  4. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  6. Top with mini pepperoni slices and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use any bagel flavor you prefer—plain, whole wheat, or even everything bagels.
  • Customize toppings with veggies, cooked sausage, or olives.
  • These can also be made in a toaster oven or air fryer.
