These Quick Cottage Cheese Buns are soft, fluffy, and packed with protein! The cottage cheese adds a subtle tang and keeps the buns moist, making them perfect for breakfast, snacks, or as a side with soups and salads. Best of all, they come together in no time and require no yeast or rising time.
