This refreshing and fruity raspberry margarita is the perfect blend of tart raspberries, zesty lime, and smooth tequila. Whether served on the rocks or blended, this vibrant cocktail is a must-try for summer parties or a fun night in!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz (60ml) silver tequila
  • 1 oz (30ml) triple sec (or orange liqueur like Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
  • 1 oz (30ml) fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz (15ml) simple syrup (or honey/agave syrup, adjust to taste)
  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries (or frozen, slightly thawed)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedge & salt/sugar (for rim, optional)

For Garnish:

  • Fresh raspberries
  • Lime wheel

Instructions

1. Prep the Glass (Optional)

  1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass.
  2. Dip the rim in salt or sugar for extra flavor.

2. Make the Margarita

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries with lime juice and simple syrup until juicy.
  2. Add tequila, triple sec, and ice. Shake well for 15-20 seconds.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.

3. Serve & Garnish

  • Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lime wheel.
  • Enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Make it blended: Blend all ingredients with ice for a frozen margarita.
  • Want it sweeter? Add more simple syrup or agave.
  • Mocktail version: Replace tequila with sparkling water or ginger beer.
