Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for strawberry layer)
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for blueberry layer)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree strawberries with 1/2 tablespoon honey (if using) until smooth. Spoon into the bottom third of each popsicle mold and freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract if desired. Spoon yogurt into the middle third of each mold and freeze for another 30 minutes.
  3. In a clean blender, puree blueberries with 1/2 tablespoon honey (if using) until smooth. Fill the remaining third of each mold with the blueberry mixture.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze the molds for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
  5. To release, run molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.
