Red, White & Blue Caprese Salad is a patriotic twist on the classic Caprese, combining juicy cherry tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and sweet blueberries for a colorful and refreshing appetizer or side perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine), halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, blueberries, and mozzarella halves.
  2. Tear basil leaves and add to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and gently toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer to a serving platter or bowl and drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
