Ingredients
Scale
1 package vanilla sugar wafer cookies
1 cup white chocolate chips or candy melts
1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother dipping)
Red, white, and blue sprinkles
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip one end of each sugar wafer cookie into the melted white chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
Place dipped wafers on the prepared baking sheet and immediately top with red, white, and blue sprinkles.
Repeat with remaining cookies and sprinkles.
Let wafers set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
Use candy melts for more vibrant and stable color if white chocolate is too soft.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
Great for party platters or gifting during patriotic holidays.
