This Reese’s Cheese Ball is a creamy, peanut buttery, chocolate-loaded dessert that’s perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime you need a sweet indulgence. For the Cheese Ball:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup crushed Reese’s peanut butter cups

For the Coating:

  • ½ cup crushed Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts (optional)

For Serving:

  • Graham crackers
  • Pretzels
  • Vanilla wafers
  • Apple slices


Instructions

1. Make the Cheese Ball:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in mini chocolate chips and crushed Reese’s peanut butter cups.

2. Shape & Chill:

  1. Lay out a large piece of plastic wrap and place the mixture in the center.
  2. Wrap it tightly and shape it into a ball.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

3. Coat the Cheese Ball:

  1. Once chilled, remove from plastic wrap and roll in a mixture of crushed Reese’s peanut butter cups, mini chocolate chips, and chopped peanuts.

4. Serve & Enjoy:

  1. Place on a serving plate and serve with graham crackers, pretzels, vanilla wafers, or apple slices.


Notes

  • Make it ahead: This can be prepared up to 2 days in advance and stored in the fridge.
  • For extra crunch, mix in chopped pretzels or crushed peanuts inside the cheese ball.
  • Want a sweeter touch? Drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
