Rocky Road Candy is a delicious no-bake treat packed with chocolate, marshmallows, and crunchy nuts, perfect for holidays or anytime snacking.

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows and chopped nuts until evenly coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until set.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
