Rose Lassi is a refreshing Indian yogurt-based drink flavored with rose syrup, offering a cooling, floral taste that’s perfect for hot days or as a sweet accompaniment to spicy meals.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cold water or milk
  • 3 tbsp rose syrup
  • 2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Crushed pistachios or rose petals for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine yogurt, water or milk, rose syrup, sugar, and cardamom powder if using.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again briefly.
  4. Pour into serving glasses.
  5. Garnish with crushed pistachios or rose petals if desired.
  6. Serve immediately, chilled.
