This Salted Caramel Mocha Martini is a decadent cocktail featuring vodka, coffee liqueur, chocolate syrup, and creamy caramel flavors, finished with a touch of sea salt for the perfect balance of sweet and salty.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka (vanilla or caramel vodka for extra flavor)
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur (such as Godiva)
  • 1 oz caramel syrup (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 oz heavy cream or half & half
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt (for rimming the glass)
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup (for rimming the glass)
  • Ice

Optional Garnishes:

  • Whipped cream
  • Caramel drizzle
  • Chocolate shavings

 


Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Glass

  1. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the martini glass and chill in the freezer for a few minutes.
  2. Rim the edge of the glass with caramel syrup, then dip into sea salt.

Step 2: Mix the Cocktail

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, chocolate liqueur, caramel syrup, and heavy cream.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, until well chilled.

Step 3: Serve & Garnish

 

  1. Strain into the prepared martini glass.
  2. Garnish with whipped cream, a caramel drizzle, or chocolate shavings.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add a shot of espresso to enhance the mocha flavor.
  • Dairy-Free Option: Use coconut milk or almond milk creamer instead of heavy cream.
  • No chocolate liqueur? Add ½ oz chocolate syrup instead!
