1 refrigerated pizza crust
1/2 pound breakfast sausage
6 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet or pizza pan and unroll the pizza crust onto it, pressing out to the edges.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter in a nonstick skillet and scramble the eggs until just set.
Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the pizza crust.
Top with cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and green onions if using.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
