  • ¼ cup crushed graham crackers or shortbread cookies (for crunch, optional)
  • Green sprinkles or shamrock candies (for decoration, optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Pudding Base

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).

Step 2: Make the Fluff Mixture

  1. In another large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar, mixing until creamy.
  3. Gently fold in Cool Whip, followed by the pudding mixture.
  4. Add a few drops of green food coloring and mix until you achieve your desired shade.
