This Shamrock Fudge is a creamy, rich, and festive no-bake treat, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day! Made with white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and a hint of mint, this easy fudge is dyed green and swirled with sprinkles for a fun and delicious holiday dessert.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp peppermint or mint extract (optional, for a Shamrock Shake flavor!)
  • A few drops of green food coloring
  • ½ cup green and white sprinkles (or St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles!)
  • ¼ cup mini marshmallows (optional, for extra texture!)

Instructions

Step 1: Melt the Chocolate

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted and smooth. (Alternatively, melt over a double boiler.)

Step 2: Add Flavor & Color

  1. Stir in vanilla extract, peppermint extract (if using), and a few drops of green food coloring until well mixed.
  2. Fold in mini marshmallows and half of the sprinkles for extra fun!

Step 3: Set the Fudge

  1. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top.
  2. Sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until firm.

Step 4: Slice & Serve

  1. Once set, remove from the dish and cut into small squares.
  2. Serve and enjoy your festive green Shamrock Fudge!
