A bold and zesty buffalo chicken pizza baked on a sheet pan with a crispy crust, melty cheese, and a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese dressing.

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cornmeal (for dusting pan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a sheet pan and sprinkle with cornmeal.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to fit the sheet pan and place it on the prepared pan.
  3. In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  4. Spread ranch or blue cheese dressing over the dough as the base sauce.
  5. Top with buffalo chicken, then sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses evenly over the top.
  6. Add sliced red onions over the cheese.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Remove from oven, top with chopped green onions, and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use store-bought rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
  • Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce based on your spice preference.
  • Serve with extra dressing on the side if desired.
