4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
2 tbsp olive oil

1 lemon, sliced
1 tsp dried Italian herbs (or a mix of thyme, basil, oregano)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place salmon fillets and asparagus on the sheet pan.
Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and asparagus, and sprinkle with garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
Top salmon with lemon slices.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use thin asparagus stalks for even cooking.
Add cherry tomatoes or baby potatoes for variety.
Line the pan for easy cleanup and to prevent sticking.
