This Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil is an easy, mess-free way to enjoy the classic Southern dish! Juicy shrimp, tender potatoes, corn, and sausage are roasted with garlic butter and Old Bay seasoning—all on one pan for easy cleanup!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 ears corn, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 12 oz smoked sausage (andouille or kielbasa), sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Cook the Potatoes & Corn:

    • Toss potatoes and corn with 1 tablespoon olive oil, ½ tablespoon Old Bay, salt, and black pepper.
    • Spread on the sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. Add Sausage & Shrimp:

    • Add sliced sausage to the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
    • In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, and remaining Old Bay seasoning.
    • Add shrimp to the sheet pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. Finish & Serve:

    • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp boil.
    • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with extra melted butter or cocktail sauce!

Notes

  • Make it spicier by adding cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
  • Use frozen shrimp by thawing and patting dry before seasoning.
  • Great for meal prep! Leftovers store well for 3 days in the fridge.
