  • 2 ounces silver tequila
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce orange liqueur (optional for low-cal)
  • 1/2 ounce agave nectar or to taste
  • 1/2 to 1 cup ice (optional, depending on texture)
  • Watermelon wedge or lime slice, for garnish
  • Salt or Tajin, for rimming the glass (optional)

Instructions

  1. Optional: Rim your glass with salt or Tajin by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping into the seasoning. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine frozen watermelon, tequila, lime juice, agave nectar, and orange liqueur (if using). Add ice if a thicker texture is desired.
  3. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  4. Pour into the prepared glass and garnish with a watermelon wedge or lime slice. Serve immediately.
