  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker in a single layer.
  3. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove chicken from the slow cooker and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing or shredding.
