Slow Cooker Coca Cola Chicken is a sweet and savory dish made with tender chicken slow-cooked in a tangy Coca-Cola and barbecue sauce blend. It’s an easy, crowd-pleasing recipe perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (12 oz) Coca-Cola
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. In a bowl, mix Coca-Cola, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken, making sure it’s well coated.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  6. Remove chicken, shred or slice, then return to sauce and stir to coat.
  7. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or on sandwich buns.
