These S’mores Bites have everything you love about traditional s’mores—a crunchy graham cracker crust, melted chocolate, and gooey toasted marshmallow—all packed into a mini, mess-free dessert! Perfect for parties, BBQs, or when you’re craving s’mores without the campfire.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 full crackers)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 6 milk chocolate bars (like Hershey’s), broken into small squares
  • 12 large marshmallows, cut in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan (24 cups).
  2. Make the Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  3. Press into Pan: Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each mini muffin cup and press firmly into the bottom to form a crust.
  4. Bake: Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  5. Add Chocolate & Marshmallows: Place a piece of chocolate onto each graham cracker crust, then top with a marshmallow half (cut side down).
  6. Bake Again: Return to the oven and bake for 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows puff up slightly.
  7. Toast the Tops: For a golden, toasted marshmallow finish, broil for 30-60 seconds, watching carefully so they don’t burn!
  8. Cool & Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes, then use a knife to gently remove from the pan. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!

Notes

  • For extra gooey s’mores bites, add another piece of chocolate on top after baking.
  • No mini muffin pan? Make them in a regular muffin tin and adjust baking time slightly.
  • Storage: Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
