S’mores Sushi is a playful twist on the classic campfire treat! Rolled up like sushi, these sweet bites are made with marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers for a fun dessert that’s perfect for parties, kids’ activities, or any time you’re craving a creative treat. No campfire needed!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate spread (e.g., Nutella or melted chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the mini marshmallows and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until fully combined and the mixture forms a pliable dough.
  3. Place the mixture between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a rectangular sheet about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Spread the chocolate spread evenly over the rolled-out layer. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips or extra mini marshmallows if desired.
  5. Using the parchment paper to help, carefully roll the mixture into a tight log, starting from the longer side.
  6. Refrigerate the log for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
  7. Slice the chilled log into 1-inch pieces to create “sushi” rolls.
  8. Serve immediately, or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For extra flair, drizzle melted chocolate or marshmallow fluff over the rolls before serving.
  • Use colorful sprinkles for a fun, kid-friendly touch.
  • S’mores Sushi is best enjoyed the day it’s made but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
