Snickers Apple Salad is a creamy, crunchy dessert that tastes like a caramel apple with a candy bar twist! Made with chopped apples, chunks of Snickers, and a fluffy whipped topping, it’s easy to toss together and totally irresistible.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 45 medium Granny Smith apples, chopped

  • 6 Snickers bars (regular size), chopped

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 cup cold milk

  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.

  2. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.

  3. Add the chopped apples and Snickers pieces to the bowl and gently stir to coat everything in the creamy mixture.

  4. Drizzle in the caramel sauce and give it a light stir (don’t overmix).

  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.

  6. Just before serving, drizzle with extra caramel sauce if desired.

Notes

  • Granny Smith apples add a nice tart contrast, but you can also use Honeycrisp or Fuji apples for a sweeter version.

  • Best served the same day for maximum crunch.

  • You can prep the pudding mixture ahead of time and fold in the apples and candy just before serving.
