Spicy Chili Garlic Deviled Eggs are a bold twist on the classic appetizer, featuring creamy yolks mixed with mayo, sriracha, and garlic chili sauce for a flavorful, spicy kick—perfect for parties and potlucks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 tsp rice vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions or cilantro, for garnish
  • Chili flakes or extra chili garlic sauce, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10–12 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
  3. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, sriracha, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions, cilantro, and chili flakes or extra chili sauce if desired.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Adjust sriracha and chili garlic sauce to your preferred spice level.
  • For ultra-smooth filling, blend the yolk mixture in a food processor.
  • These eggs can be made up to a day in advance; just cover tightly and chill.
  • Try topping with crispy shallots for extra crunch.
