- ½ cup (120ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
