This Spicy Honey Garlic Dipping Sauce is a sweet, spicy, and garlicky sauce that’s perfect for dipping chicken tenders, wings, fries, shrimp, or even drizzling over pizza. It’s super easy to make in just 5 minutes with simple ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (or more for extra heat)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra spice)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or rice vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter (for richness)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Cook the Garlic:
    • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
    • Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Combine the Sauce Ingredients:
    • Stir in honey, soy sauce, sriracha, red pepper flakes, vinegar, and salt.
    • Simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Thicken and Serve:
    • Remove from heat and let the sauce sit for 1-2 minutes to thicken slightly.
    • Serve warm as a dipping sauce or drizzle!

Notes

  • Milder Option: Reduce sriracha and omit red pepper flakes.
