Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats are a delicious and healthy no-cook breakfast option made with oats, yogurt, and fresh strawberries—perfectly creamy, slightly sweet, and ready to grab and go in the morning.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for thickness and fiber)

Instructions

  1. In a jar or container with a lid, combine oats, milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and chia seeds.
  2. Stir well to combine, then fold in chopped strawberries.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  4. In the morning, stir again and add a splash of milk if needed to loosen the oats.
  5. Top with additional strawberries or a drizzle of cream before serving if desired.

Notes

  • Use frozen strawberries if fresh aren’t available—thaw before adding.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste depending on your yogurt and fruit.
  • Overnight oats keep in the fridge for up to 3 days, making them great for meal prep.
