These homemade frozen dog treats are made with just three simple ingredients—strawberries, yogurt, and a touch of honey (optional). They’re packed with vitamins and probiotics, making them a healthy and refreshing snack for your pup on a hot day!

Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened, no artificial sweeteners)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, skip if serving to dogs with dietary restrictions)

Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into molds: Pour the mixture into silicone molds, ice cube trays, or mini paper cups.
  3. Freeze: Place in the freezer for at least 3–4 hours, or until completely solid.
  4. Serve: Pop the treats out of the molds and give them to your pup as a cool, tasty reward!

Notes

  • Use plain, unsweetened yogurt to avoid artificial sweeteners like xylitol, which is toxic to dogs.
  • For extra nutrition, add 1 tbsp of chia seeds or mashed banana.
  • Store treats in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
