Strawberry Brownie Kabobs are a fun and festive dessert featuring juicy strawberries and rich brownie bites drizzled with melted chocolate, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 batch of brownies, cut into 1-inch squares
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or vegetable oil (optional, for melting chocolate)
  • Skewers or wooden sticks

Instructions

  1. Cut brownies into bite-sized squares and set aside.
  2. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  3. Thread a brownie square, followed by a strawberry, onto each skewer. Repeat until the skewer is filled (typically 2–3 of each per skewer).
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the kabobs using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Place the kabobs on a tray lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to set the chocolate.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Use white chocolate or dark chocolate for variation.
  • Add marshmallows for extra texture and sweetness.
  • Best served the same day for freshness.
