These Strawberry Daiquiri Jello Shots are a fun and festive twist on the classic cocktail. Perfect for parties, they combine sweet strawberries, tangy lime, and a splash of rum in a jiggly, bite-sized treat.

  • 1 box (3 oz) strawberry-flavored gelatin (Jello)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed for best flavor)
  • Optional Garnishes: Whipped cream, lime wedges, or sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin:
    • In a medium bowl, pour the boiling water over the strawberry gelatin. Stir for 2 minutes, or until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  2. Add the liquids:
    • Stir in the white rum, cold water, and lime juice. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour into molds:
    • Carefully pour the mixture into shot glasses, small plastic cups, or silicone molds. Fill about 3/4 of the way to leave room for garnishes.
  4. Chill:
    • Refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or until the jello is fully set.
  5. Garnish and serve:
    • Top with whipped cream, a slice of strawberry, or a small lime wedge for a festive touch. Serve cold and enjoy!

  • Make it non-alcoholic: Replace the rum with an equal amount of cold water or a splash of strawberry juice for a family-friendly version.
