Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

Instructions

Option 1: Frozen Yogurt Bites

  1. Blend – In a blender or food processor, blend strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Pipe or Spoon – Spoon or pipe the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in small rounds.
  3. Freeze – Freeze for 2-3 hours, or until firm. Enjoy frozen!

Option 2: Creamy Frozen Yogurt Cups

  1. Blend ingredients as instructed above.
  2. Pour into silicone muffin cups or an ice cube tray.
  3. Freeze for 3-4 hours. Let sit for a few minutes before eating for a creamier texture.

Option 3: Soft-Serve Style

  1. Freeze strawberries first if using fresh.
  2. Blend all ingredients until creamy and thick. Serve immediately for a soft-serve treat!

Notes

  • For extra texture, fold in chopped strawberries or mini chocolate chips before freezing.
  • Dairy-free option – Use coconut yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
