This Strawberry Fudge is a creamy, sweet treat bursting with strawberry flavor and a gorgeous pink hue. Perfect for Valentine’s Day, baby showers, or any special occasion, this easy no-bake recipe comes together with just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (350 g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz/400 g) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) strawberry jam or strawberry syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1–2 drops pink gel food coloring (optional, for a vibrant color)
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Pan:

  1. Line the Pan:
    • Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

Make the Fudge:

  1. Melt the Base:
    • In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add Flavor:
    • Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry jam, vanilla extract, and pink gel food coloring (if using). Mix until fully combined and the color is even.

Set the Fudge:

  1. Pour and Smooth:
    • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  2. Add Garnish (Optional):
    • Sprinkle the crushed freeze-dried strawberries over the top for extra flavor and texture.
  3. Chill:
    • Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.

Cut and Serve:

  1. Cut into Squares:
    • Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into small squares or rectangles.
  2. Serve:
    • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Variations:
    • Use strawberry extract for a stronger strawberry flavor.
    • Add a layer of white chocolate drizzle on top for a decorative finish.
  • Substitute: If you don’t have strawberry jam, use strawberry puree, but reduce the amount to avoid thinning the fudge.
