- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tablespoons homemade)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Sour cream and salsa for serving
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.
- Roll out the pizza dough to fit your pan and bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly firm.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water; cook for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Spread refried beans evenly over the partially baked crust.
- Top with seasoned beef, then sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the top.
- Bake for another 8-10 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, black olives, and green onions.
- Serve immediately with sour cream and salsa on the side.
