A fun and delicious taco pizza that combines all your favorite taco toppings on a crispy pizza crust, perfect for an easy family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tablespoons homemade)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Sour cream and salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to fit your pan and bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly firm.
  3. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning and water; cook for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Spread refried beans evenly over the partially baked crust.
  6. Top with seasoned beef, then sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the top.
  7. Bake for another 8-10 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, black olives, and green onions.
  9. Serve immediately with sour cream and salsa on the side.

  • Use pre-baked flatbread for an even quicker version.
